The combination of verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands-on assistance creates an open forum to explore the philosophies behind the practice, which enables the learner to explore yoga in a safe and beneficial way to evolve at a personal pace in the comfort of one’s own space. In addition, private instruction allows the practitioner to attain optimum results much more quickly and efficiently.

Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation that are all a part of yoga makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit.
Yoga has roots that are known to be at least 5,000 years old, and it has long-since provided people with the means to find refuge from the daily challenges that can quickly make life less than fulfilling. Amid the chaos that is our current everyday lives, those daily challenges, like stress and fatigue, are compelling more and more people to seek the deep relaxation and powerful healing that comes with turning one’s awareness inward.
